These general conditions of sale are agreed between Plug4us, with registered office at 20200 W Dixie Highway, suite 902, Miami, Florida 33180, EUA and the customers who wish to make purchases through the website www.plug4us.com, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”. The parties agree that purchases made through this website will be governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the Website.

Article 1 – Object

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information required by the Customer on the modalities of ordering, sale, payment and delivery of purchases made on the website www.plug4us.com. These conditions regulate all the steps required to place an order and guarantee the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.

Article 2 – Order

The Customer may send his order through the purchasing process made available on the website by “Shopping Cart”, selecting “ADD” from any product on the website www.plug4us.com; To send his order the Customer must Fill in “Finalize Order”, providing the information requested there. After order confirmation by the customer, a proforma invoice will be issued with the order reference, order description and total amount to be paid by the CLIENT. Article 3 – Delivery

Article 4 – Payment

Plug4us offers the Customer the following payment methods: BANK TRANSFER and PAYPAL. The Customer will pay a lump sum corresponding to the cost of handling, packing and shipping the order. Plug4us guarantees maximum confidentiality and security for data transmitted over the internet. When confirming the order, the customer will be forwarded to the immediate payment methods and will receive a shipping note by email, and later on the official commercial transaction document will be delivered, in the form of an invoice or invoice-receipt. Article 6 – Discounts and Campaigns

INSTANT DISCOUNTS – Instant Discounts are price discounts that are in effect for a period not previously determined, so these promotions should only be considered valid while visible on the website in a refreshed page (cache or non refreshed pages may show discounts that are no longer in effect). The discount is only guaranteed under these conditions and only after the order is properly registered and validated by Plug4us. To guarantee these discounts it is necessary that this product is added to the cart and checked out with the promotion visible. Plug4us guarantees the discount if it receives the respective payment within 2 days, counting from the date of the “ORDER CONFIRMATION” and respective confirmation by Plug4us with Proforma Invoice emission. Non-payment within this period will invalidate the order.

CAMPAIGN DISCOUNTS – Campaign discounts are price discounts that have an expiration date. These discounts represent a commitment during the period announced, but always on the condition that the order is finalized by the Customer, through the “ORDER CONFIRMATION”, subsequent confirmation process and paid the respective Proforma Invoice, until the end of that period. Storing a product in the “Cart” does not guarantee the stock, price or discount of the same.

Article 7 – Complaints, Cancellation and Return

The Customer may submit his complaints to Plug4us by E-mail (sales@plug4us.com). The cancellation or return process is handled on a case by case basis by Plug4us. The request must be sent in writing to the Plug4us contact e-mail, within 14 days after the order is placed, and the instructions for cancellation or refund of the amount paid and/or return of goods will be answered and defined by Plug4us, by the same means of communication. Whenever possible the return should be done by the same means of payment, but if this is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account ownership, so that the return can be done by Bank Transfer. Plug4us commits itself to reimburse the User in the maximum term of 14 days. The returned products must be in sale conditions, that is, in the same state in which they arrived to the hands of the User, without any anomaly or damage, keeping the original packaging, all accessories and manuals included and any seals intact. If the value resulting from the exchange of products of an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the conditions of adjustment, will be indicated by Plug4us.

Article 8 – Liability

Plug4us is not responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused to the customer by the use of the Internet network, such as: service rupture, external intrusion, anomalies caused by computer viruses or any other case of force majeure.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the Plug4us website is Portuguese law. To settle any and all disputes arising from any contract concluded under these general terms of sale, the Court of the District of Aveiro will have jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other.

Article 13 – Language

The native language of this store is Portuguese. In case of discrepancies in the information provided in this store prevails the Portuguese language.
